 We originally opened in December 2009 in the ‘Boutique Quarter' of Southend. After spending the first 18months developing a range of stock unmatched by other retailers in the town we decided by June 2011 that it would be sagacious to move our destination shop to a destination shopping area and chose Leigh on Sea as the new home for Blossom’s Wines & Ales!

About us...Robert's first career was as a senior clinician in NHS mental health but he recently decided to pool his creative drives into this shop.

 

Clare works as a curator for Southend Museums Service.  

 

Blossom is a 4 year old bullmastiff who enjoys meeting all the customers to the shop. Her main interests, in order of preference, are; snow, small dogs, people, and our cat 'Minou'. However, she doesn't like 'Henry' the hoover
